Universal Verification Links
Universal Verification Links allow you to create a single reusable link that can be shared with multiple people. Each person who opens the link confirms their email address and starts their own verification using the workflow configured for the link.
This is useful when you need to collect verifications without creating or sending a separate verification link for each person.
How Universal Verification Links work
A Universal Verification Link is connected to:
a Verification Flow — defines the verification steps the applicant completes;
an Application — determines where the verification is created;
a link name — helps you identify the link in the dashboard.
You can share the same link with any number of people. Each person completes the verification as a separate applicant.
Create a Universal Verification Link
Go to Sidebar Menu → Universal links.

Click Create link.
Enter a Name for the link.
Select the Flow that applicants should complete.
Select the Application where the verifications should be created.
Click Create.

After the link is created, it appears in the Universal Links list.
Share a Universal Verification Link
After creating a link, you can copy its URL and share it with applicants.
To copy the link:
Find the link in the Universal links list.
Open the ⋮ menu.
Select Copy link.
Share the copied URL with the people who need to complete verification.

The same URL can be used by multiple people.
Each person who opens the link goes through their own email confirmation and verification process.
Edit a Universal Verification Link
You can change the settings of an existing link.
Find the link in the Universal links list.
Open the ⋮ menu.
Select Edit.
Update the required settings.
Click Save.

Link Settings
Each Universal Verification Link contains the following settings:
Name
The name used to identify the link in your account.
Link
The unique URL that you can share with applicants.
Flow
The verification flow applicants will complete.
Application
The application where the verification will be created.
Status
Shows whether the link is currently enabled or disabled.
Changing the verification flow
When you change the flow assigned to a Universal Verification Link, the new flow applies only to people who open the link after the change.
People who have already opened the link and are currently in the middle of a verification continue using the previous flow.
This prevents an existing verification from being unexpectedly changed when the link settings are updated.
Enable or disable a link
You can temporarily stop a Universal Verification Link from being used without deleting it.
To disable a link:
Open the ⋮ menu for the link.
Select Disable.
A disabled link remains in your Universal Links list, but it can no longer be used to start a new verification.
To make it available again, open Edit and enable the link.
Delete a Universal Verification Link
If a link is no longer needed, you can delete it:
Open the ⋮ menu for the link.
Select Delete.
Confirm the deletion if prompted.
Deleting a link removes the link from the Universal Links list.
